Get to know Mason

With a diverse background spanning recruitment, retail, and wholesale mortgage lending, I bring a well-rounded perspective and deep understanding of what it takes to help broker partners succeed.

I began my career as a recruiter for a client-direct brokerage, where I hired and developed more than 75 professionals in both sales and operations. After a year in recruitment, I decided to obtain my own licenses—eventually becoming licensed in 14 states during the height of the refinance boom, when rates dipped to 2%. That experience provided invaluable insight into borrower needs, market dynamics, and the importance of delivering a seamless loan experience.

Seeking to broaden my expertise, I transitioned to the retail side to gain exposure across all lending channels. My path eventually led me to Homepoint Financial, where I began as a Sales Assistant to a top-performing Account Executive. Over the next five years, our team funded more than $1Billion annually, with our best month topping $260+million, supporting broker partners ranging from single-person operations to some of the largest firms in the country.

Today, as an Account Executive with Kind Lending, I’m committed to helping brokers strengthen their businesses, expand their production, and deliver exceptional service to their clients. Whether it’s helping establish a Non-Delegated channel, navigating evolving market conditions, or creating strategies for sustainable growth, I take pride in being a proactive, reliable partner who gets results.
