Experienced Account Executive with over 20 years+ in the Mortgage business. I have a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. I'm very fortunate to have had great teachers throughout my career. I've had amazing leaders, and people that believed in me, and allowed me to learn almost every aspect of lending. This helps me in my everyday life as well as be a great partner for my brokers and bankers. Skilled in Negotiations, Sales, Government (VA, FHA, USDA Rural), NON-QM, CalHFA, JUMBO, Stand Alone HELOCs + programs, Mortgage Underwriting. I started with an appraisal background and then Wholesale/ Non-Delegated Correspondent brokers/bankers got me.   

We have options I enjoy teaching/demonstrating...did you know that you can blend FICOs on a Conventional loan OR eliminate all the loan level price adjustors (LLPA's) for better pricing?  I'd love to show you all the program options and have many joint meetings with my brokers and R.E. offices.
